Katrien Braeckmans

Katrien is a program developer and trainer with experience in (international) management development programs and leadership journeys working with multicultural groups focusing on personal development, leadership development, entrepreneurship, communication and strategy. She collaborates with a broad network of international colleagues, experts and academics.

In her previous working experience she was active as a change management consultant in a big energy & utilities company where she collaborated with teams in a leading role working on project deliverables in process design and CRM training management. Katrien also worked as a content manager and editor-in-chief for a financial magazine for CFO's. Katrien has a MSc in Clinical Psychology, specialized in psychoanalysis with an extra Minor in Applied Economic Sciences. The topic of her thesis was: "A Psychoanalytical View on Pitfalls for Managers in the Process of Motivating Employees".

Designing programs in real co-creation with clients, is for her an essential element of building successful learning experience. During programs she focuses on the importance of the process by deepening perspectives and broadening knowledge, matching content with the learning flow of individuals and groups. Katrien is fascinated by people and their personal stories, trying to understand their world, ambitions and energy.
