A qualitative study of the ‘best practices’ of leadership development
To remain successful, organizations must be flexible and efficient, with customer-oriented and committed employees. To achieve that, the organizations have to teach managers how to give proper leadership to their employees. That makes leadership development more and more a significant success factor for organizations.
This is is one of the conclusions in this study of ‘best practices’ of de Baak under 11 different large organizations: PostNL, de Volksbank, de Bijenkorf, Alphabet Nederland, Schiphol Group, NXP Semiconductors, Waternet, RIBW K/AM, HVC, TBI en Kuijpers.
